摘要
胶清经中空纤维柱过滤浓缩后,与木瓜蛋白酶反应制备高级胶清,将高级胶清与新鲜胶乳按一定干基质量比混合、共凝制备复合橡胶,研究高级胶清与新鲜胶乳并用比对复合橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:当高级胶清用量为10~40份时,复合橡胶的理化性质可达到国产5#标准胶的要求;高级胶清能促进复合橡胶的硫化并提高其物理性能。
The natural rubber skim latex was filtered and concentrated in hollow fiber column, and reacted with papain to form high-performance skim. The compound rubber was then prepared by co- agglomeration of the blend of high-performance skim and fresh natural rubber latex. The effect of blending ratio of skim and natural rubber latex on the properties of compound rubber was investiga- ted. The results showed that addition of high-performance skim could promote vulcanization of the compound rubber and improve its physical properties. When the addition level of high performance skim was 10~40 phr, the physico-chemical properties of compound rubber met the requirements of SCR 5^# .
