菌肽蛋白对断奶仔猪生产性能和养分表观消化率的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Bacterial Peptide Protein on Performance and Apparent Digestibilities of Feed Nutrients in Weaned Piglets

摘要 本研究旨在探讨饲喂菌肽蛋白对断奶仔猪生产性能、养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响。选择体重6.41 kg左右杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪120头,随机分为4组(每组3个重复,每个重复10头)。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,3个处理组分别饲喂含5%、10%和15%菌肽蛋白的日粮,保持各组的粗蛋白含量一致。饲养期21 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,菌肽蛋白组能提高断奶仔猪日增重、降低饲料增重比和腹泻率(P<0.05);相比对照组,菌肽蛋白组提高了断奶仔猪对饲料粗蛋白和粗脂肪的消化率(P<0.05);菌肽蛋白组相比对照组显著改善了断奶仔猪空肠粘膜的绒毛形态;与对照组相比,菌肽蛋白组提高了断奶仔猪血清总蛋白含量和碱性磷酸酶的活性,降低了血清尿素氮的含量(P<0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加菌肽蛋白能明显提高断奶仔猪的生产性能和对饲料的利用率。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of bacterial peptide protein on production performance,digestibilities of feed nutrients and serum biochemical index of weanling piglets.One hundred and forty-four weanling piglets with an average body weight of 6.41 kg were randomly allocated into 4 groups (3replicates in each group and 10 piglets per replicate).The control group was fed with basal diets and three treatments were fed with adding to 5% (Ⅰ),10% (Ⅱ),15% (Ⅲ) bacterial peptide proteinrespectively,each group keeps the content of crude protein consistently.Feeding trial lasted for 21d.The results showed as follows:Compared with control group,average daily gain(ADG) was significantly improved (P〈0.05) for pigs feeding with bacterial peptide protein,ratio of feed to gain(F/G) and diarrhea rate were greatly decreased (P〈0.05) for pigs feeding with bacterial peptide protein.Meanwhile,the digestibility of crude protein and crude fat was significantly improved (P〈0.05) for weaned piglets feeding with bacterial peptide protein.Also the group of bacterial peptide protein improved the jejunum mucosal villi morphology of weaned piglets significantly.Besides,the content of serum total protein and the activity of alkaline phosphatase was improved and the content of urea nitrogen was decreased with the group of bacterial peptide protein.It was concluded that weaned pigs fed with bacterial peptide protein could improve the growth performance and the efficiency of feed utilization.
