摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮铁水平对22 ~ 42日龄肉仔鸡生长性能、胴体性能和肌肉品质的影响.用360只1日龄爱拔益加肉鸡公雏,于1~21日龄统一饲喂相同的添加铁(FeS04·7H20形式)70 mg/kg的玉米-豆粕型全价饲粮(含铁实测值为127 mg/kg),于22日龄从中选取288只鸡,按体重随机分成6个处理组,每个处理组6个重复笼,每个重复笼8只鸡,分别饲喂不添加无机铁的玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮(对照组,含铁47.0 mg/kg)和在基础饲粮中分别添加20、40、60、80 mg/kg和100 mg/kg无机铁(试剂级硫酸亚铁)饲粮,饲养21 d.结果表明:饲粮添加适宜水平的无机硫酸亚铁可提高42日龄肉仔鸡腿肌剪切力(P<0.10)和降低腿肌L*值(P<0.10),但饲粮铁水平对42日龄肉仔鸡生长性能、胴体性能指标及其余肉品质各指标均无显著影响(P>0.10).
An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of supplemental iron level on growth performance and carcass traits and meat quality of broilers from 22 to 42 days of age.A total of 360 day-old Arbor Acres male broilers were fed the same corn-soybean meal complete diet containing 127 mg/kg Fe which is supplemented 70 mg/kg Fe until 21 days of age.On 22 days of age,288 chickens were selected according to body weight and randomly divided into 6 dietary treatments with 6 replicate cages of 8 chickens per cage for each treatment in a completely randomized design.Chickens were fed a Fe-unsupplemented corn-soybean meal basal diet containing 47 mg/kg Fe or the basal diets supplemented with 0,20,40,60,80 and 100 mg/kg Fe as Fe sulfate (feed grade) for 21 days.The results showed that proper dietary Fe levels improved shear force (P〈0.10) and decreased L* of leg muscle (P〈0.10).percentage (P〈0.06) of broilers on day 42,however,there were no significant differences (P〉0.10) in growth performance and carcass traits and other meat quality among treatments.
