摘要 阐述了政府机构、电网企业、电力用户、节能服务机构、社会公众五种对象在节能服务管理、技术支撑、政策和咨询三方面的需求。提出将电力负荷管理与用电企业能效管理有机结合的平台架构技术,并分析了平台组成及其跨业务集成技术。采用基于电网的节能服务管理平台有利于节能服务向能效运营模式转化。 The requirements such as energy conservation,technical support,policy and consulting,were expound to government agencies,electrical network enterprises,power consumers,energy saving facilitating agencies,as well as general public.The platform architecture technology was put forward with the combination for electric load management and energy efficiency management of electricity application enterprise.Furthermore,the platform composition and across business integration were analyzed.The energy conversation service and management platform is profitable for the business pattern transformation from energy saving to energy efficiency.
