红磷阻燃长玻纤增强聚酰胺6复合材料热性能和阻燃性能的研究 被引量:3

Study on Thermal Stability and Flame retardant of Red Phosphorus Flame Retarded LGFPA6

摘要 采用UL 94垂直燃烧(UL 94)、极限氧指数(LOI)、热重分析(TGA)方法研究了红磷阻燃长玻纤增强聚酰胺6(LGFPA6)的阻燃性能和热性能。UL 94、LOI和TGA测试表明:随着红磷阻燃剂含量的增加,LOI值逐渐增大,T5%和热分解速率逐渐降低,残炭量增加;热降解动力学表明:红磷阻燃LGFPA6的平均热解活化能增加,说明红磷阻燃LGFPA6复合材料的热降解反应不易发生。 The flammability and thermal stability of flame retarded LGFPA6 composites by red phosphorus were studied by UL 94 vertical burning, limited oxygen index(LOI) and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) measurements, respectively. The results of UL 94, LOI and TGA show that: the LOI value gradually increases, the T5%, the carbon residue and thermal decomposition rate reduce gradually with the increase of the content of red phosphorus flame retardant. Thermal degradation kinetics show that: the average thermal decomposition activation energy increases, which indicating that the thermal degradation reaction of flame retarded LGFPA6 by red phosphorus is difficult to occur.
