计算机信息系统在单采招募中的应用

The application of computer information system in the recruitment of apheresis donors

目的探讨计算机信息系统控制单采招募的必要性。方法利用单采招募软件,对单采现状和业务需求进行分析,对预约招募信息登记和采血过程数据挖掘。结果给出2个关键报表,2011年同比增长2 426人次、2802 U,计算机信息系统控制招募过程后,2012年同比增长4 818人次、6 937 U,2013年同比增长7 871人次、8 954 U。结论应用单采招募软件能够实现对招募过程人的管理,促进单采血量、质量的提高。

Objective To discuss the necessity of using computer information system to control the recruitement aphere- sis donors. Methods Using apheresis donor recruiting software,the apheresis donation status and needs were analysed. The information of appointment registration and blood collection process were analyzed by data mining techniques. Results 2 key reports were obtained from the software. After applying the computer information systems to controll the recruitment process, the year-on-year growth on number of donation and volume of donation were 2 426 donations and 2 802 U in 2011,4 818 do-nations and 6 937 U in 2012 and 7 871 donations and 8 954 U in2013. Conclusion Apheresis donor recruiting software can be used to manage the recruitment process and improve the vol- ume and quality of blood.
