抗肿瘤长循环热敏脂质体的研究进展 被引量:4

Development of long-circulating thermosensitive liposomes for tumor therapy

摘要 长循环脂质体可以通过高通透性和滞留(enhanced permeability and retention,EPR)效应靶向传递药物进入肿瘤部位,但是靶向聚集的脂质体药物若不能从脂质体中释放出来则无法发挥药效。为解决此问题,长循环热敏脂质体已经成为目前的研究热点,其既保留了传统长循环脂质体的靶向作用,又能在加热条件下触发药物的局部释放,从而提高药物的治疗效果。本文综述了抗肿瘤长循环热敏脂质体的研究进展。 Long-circulating liposomes encapsulated drugs could be targeted delivery to the tumor tissue based on the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect. One problem of the delivery system is the low re- lease efficiency of drugs in the tumor. The long-circulating thermosensitive liposomes could not only deliver drugs to the target tissue, but also improve the release rate of the encapsulated drugs at the appropriate temperature in the tumor tissue, which can improve the therapeutic efficacy. In this article, the development of long-circulating ther- mosensitive liposomes for tumor therapy was introduced.
