基于孤岛运行特性的微电网可靠性分析 被引量:54

摘要 分析了微电网中风电机组的出力随机特性,计及储能运行策略、工作状态及其充放电约束,通过全时序模拟重点分析了微电网孤岛模式的运行状态及可靠性。基于负荷分块的思想,综合考虑负荷重要程度及位置2方面因素,研究了孤岛模式的负荷削减策略。最后基于孤岛运行特性,提出了微电网孤岛平均首次持续运行时间和运行稳定率2个新的可靠性指标,并采用改进的RBTS Bus6配电系统进行了可靠性评估,算例结果验证所提模型和算法的有效性。 The stochastic output characteristic of wind power generating units in wind farm is analyzed. Taking the operation strategy, working condition and charging/discharging constraints of energy storage system into account and through all sequential simulation, the operating characteristics and reliability of microgfid operated in isolated island mode are emphatically analyzed. Based on the idea of load partitioning and synthetically considering the two factors of the importance and the position of load, the load shedding strategy under isolated island mode of microgrid is researched. Finally, 'based on the features of island operation mode two novel reliab!lity indices, namely the first average continuous working period of microgrid operated in isolated island mode and the rate of operational stability, are proposed, and using the two novel reliability indices the reliability evaluation of modified RBTS Bus6 is performed, and simulation results show that the proposed model and reliability evaluation algorithm are effective.
