摘要
灰熔聚流化床粉煤气化技术是中科院煤化所开发的一种新型的粉煤气化技术,采用ASPEN PLUS模拟,可以比较准确地计算气化产物中H2、CO、N2、H2S、H2O的含量。通过ASPEN PLUS模拟计算得出,如果希望提高气化产物中有效组分H2和CO的含量,应尽量减小氧气和水蒸气的流量。
Fluid-bed pulverized coal gasification with ash fusion agglomeration is a new pulverized coal gasification technology developed by Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. By simulating the gasification process with ASPEN PLUS, the content of H2, CO, N2, H2S and H2O in the production of gasification can be calculated accurately. The simulation calculation with ASPEN PLUS indicates the flow of oxygen and steam should be reduced as low as possible in order to increase the content of active components ( H2 and CO) in the production of fluid-bed coal gasification with ash fusion agglomeration.
