踝臂脉波指数检测高血压患者动脉功能探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高血压患者肱踝脉搏波传导速度检测动脉功能价值及与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法分别检测高血压组(130例)和健康对照组(120例)肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)、主动脉顺应性(CAr)和颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(cIMT),对baPWV与颈动脉粥样硬化指标进行相关性分析。结果高血压组CAr、baPWV、cIMT高于对照组,斑块发生率明显增加(均<0.05)。在控制了多种动脉硬化危险因子后,baPWV与CAr、cIMT呈正相关性(=0.671、0.508,均<0.01)。结论 baPWV是一项简便易行、无创,实用性较好的检测动脉功能手段,与颈动脉粥样硬化关系密切;控制血压对于改善动脉功能,减少心脑血管事件的发生有着重要意义。
