增程式电动环卫车动力系统匹配与仿真 被引量:6

Powertrain Match and Simulation for Extended-range Electric Sanitation Truck

摘要 进行增程式电动环卫车动力系统的匹配,对驱动电机、增程器和动力电池组等关键部件进行了选型和指标验证。基于Matlab/Simulink搭建了整车正向仿真模型,对增程器在恒功率模式和功率跟随模式两种控制策略下进行了百公里典型城市公交连续工况仿真。结果表明:匹配的动力系统能够满足增程式电动环卫车的工况要求;增程器能够在动力电池荷电状态下降到设定值时开启,以延长车辆的续驶里程,并能够使电池组荷电状态维持在一定的区间。从能量消耗来看,基于增程器开关运行的恒功率模式和功率随动模式在我国典型城市公交工况下的平均等效百公里油耗分别为28.70 L和29.51 L,即恒功率模式的等效百公里燃油消耗比功率跟随模式的等效百公里燃油消耗少0.81 L。 Powertrain match for extended-range electric sanitation truck is conducted. The critical components including motor,range extender and the battery pack are chosen and the performance is validated. The forward simulation model of the whole truck is established based on Matlab /Simulink,and the working of range extender in the series of 100 km typical urban driving cycles under the control strategies of constant power mode and power following mode is simulated. The result shows that( 1) the configuration of the powertrain can satisfy the requirement of the driving cycle of the extended-range electric sanitation truck;( 2) the range extender can operate to extend the driving distance when the state-of-charge of the battery drops to a specific value,and the state-of-charge of the battery can be kept within a reasonable range;( 3)from the aspect of fuel consumption,the average equivalent fuel consumption per 100 km based on operation of range extender under constant power mode and power following mode in typical Chinese urban driving cycles are 28. 70 L and 29. 51 L respectively,which means the equivalent fuel consumption per 100 km under the former strategy is 0. 81 L less than that under the latter strategy.
