经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的临床应用及护理 被引量:6

摘要 经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)操作方便安全,穿刺成功率高,并发症较其他的深静脉置管少.PICC的应用,减少了反复穿刺,可保护外周血管不受损害,还能为特殊人群提供安全有效的治疗通道,为抢救赢得时间,在临床上可由护士单独操作,因此得到广泛应用.1.1需要长期输液,外周静脉条件很差的患者及早产儿如大面积烧伤、老年、肿瘤患者等需行全胃肠外营养的患者及早产儿。
