我国经济增长与环境协调发展研究——基于内生增长模型和EKC假说的分析

Study on the Coordinated Development of Economic Growth and Environment in China: Based on Endogenous Growth Model and EKC Hypothesis

笔者首先在包含人力资本积累的内生增长模型框架下,运用动态最优化方法得出了经济与环境能否实现协调发展及实现条件。然后以我国大陆除西藏外1995—2011年30个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,通过建立污染排放综合指标和运用FGLS法,对EKC假说是否成立进行了计量检验。结果表明:当消费者跨期替代弹性、自然资源偏好系数小于1,人力资本积累效率大于时间贴现率时,经济与资源环境间的可持续发展即可实现;EKC假说在我国是成立的,但现阶段还未越过倒U型曲线的转折点;能源强度、环境规制和一次性能源消费结构对我国污染减排有利,工业结构、城市化水平和贸易开放度则正好相反。

The commercial banks in China have already established the integral product R＆D systems, however, the management efficiency of these systems are less -than -desirable. The paper classifies the factors that af- fect the management efficiency of R＆D systems into two types which are information cost and game cost, and establishes models to make analysis of the information cost and game cost in R＆D systems. Based on the theoretical analysis, the paper gives some advice for reducing costs and improving management efficiency in practice.
