基于静力可靠度理论的结构抗震安全性评估方法研究

摘要 结构在地震作用下的安全性评估属于结构动力可靠度研究的范畴。为简化抗震可靠度计算,建立了一种基于静力可靠度理论的结构抗震安全性评估方法。经分析,得到了结构响应过程超越结构抗力界限的概率等同于结构响应最大值超越抗力界限的概率,从而将随机过程的超越概率计算转化为随机变量的概率计算,使得能够使用静力可靠度理论中的经典一次二阶矩法进行结构抗震可靠概率计算。实例验证了这种方法是可行的,且计算结果具有足够精度。 The safety assessment of the structures under the actions of the earth- quake belongs to the category of the structure dynamic reliability research. In order to simplify the seismic reliability calculation, a structure seismic safety assessment meth- od is built based on the static reliability theory. Through analysis, it is found that the probability of the structural response process beyond the structure resistance boundary is equivalent to that of the maximum structural response beyond the structure resist- ance boundary. Therefore, the calculation of exceeding probability of the random process is transformed to the probability calculation of the random variables, and the structural seismic reliability probability can be calculated by the classic FOSM of the static reliability theory. The example verifies that this method is feasible, and the cal- culation results are with sufficient accuracy.
