Starting from the necessity and significance of city color planning and with Changsha historical content and landscape pattern as a breakthrough point, Chan- gsha city color was designed and planned, specific steps of Changsha city color plan- ning were discussed in terms of planning and design work process, and the planning and design achievements were introduced.
