摘要 以AP1000核电站常规岛加热器疏水及排气系统中A312TP304L/A217WC6异种钢焊接为例,分别介绍了两种钢的母材性能、焊接性,焊接特点,焊接工艺及技术要点。采用严格工艺控制,确保了该类异种钢的焊接质量,并为工程焊接提供方案。 With the welding of A312TP304L/A217WC6 dissimilar steels which are applied in heater drain system in the conventional island of AP1000 nuclear power plant as an example, the base metal properties, weldability, welding characteristics, welding technology and technical points of the two types of steel were introduced re- spectively. The welding quality of the dissimilar steels was ensured with strict process control, and the scheme was provided for engineerinz weldinz.
