Starting from introducing the botanical characteristics of dry asparagus lettuce, the high yield cultivation techniques of dry asparagus lettuce were elaborated from the following aspects, including nursering, transplanting and planting, field management and timely harvesting. The results provided technical references for production of dry asparagus lettuce.
