摘要
南京科技创新综合体B6#、B7#楼为复杂多层及高层结构,其中B6#地上部分每层均为大开洞不连续,为平面不规则结构,且形成较多穿层柱。B7#地上部分局部为大开洞,形成穿层柱,六层以上有8.5米大悬挑,设计难度较大。文章对该建筑进行了详细受力分析,同时采用MIDAS对结构进行弹塑性分析校核,找出结构的薄弱处,并采取加强措施。
B6# and B7# building of Nanjing scientific and technological innovation complex building is composed with multistoried building and high-rise building. There are large openings in every story of B6# building in aerial part. The building is asymmetric-plan structure and there are many strata penetration columns in the structure. These also exist in the B7# building and there are large cantilever before the sixth story. It is difficult to design these two buildings. Force analysis is done in detail and MIDAS is used for structure elastoplastic analysis. The weak places are found and strengthening measures are used in these weak places.
