摘要
目的建立一种三磷酸胞苷二钠注射液中精氨酸的含量测定方法。方法茚三酮分光光度法,检测波长567nm。结果精氨酸在2~12μg·mL。范围内呈良好的线性关系,R^2=0.9982,标准曲线回归方程为:A=0.0788C+0.0329。平均回收率98.96%(n=9),RSD为1.24%。结论此法结果准确,简便快速,可用于三磷酸胞苷二钠注射液申精氨酸的测定。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of arginine in Cytidine Disdoium Triphosphate Injec- tion. Methods Ninhydrin spectrophotometry based on ninhydrin reaction was studied at 567nm. Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 2 - 12 μg. mL for arginine( R^2 = 0. 998 2 ). The standard curve equation was A = 0. 078 8C + 0. 032 9. The average recovery was 98.96% with RSD of 1.24% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion The method was accu- rate,simple and rapid,and it can be used for the determination of arginine in Cytidinn Disdoium Triphaue Injection.
