《乞力马扎罗的雪》是海明威富有特色的一篇小说。通过哈里在现实与过去的时空变化,展现了作者人生探索的心路历程,哈里迷惑于不堪回首的往事是其探索的一个阶段,而寄希望于为哈里从宗教中寻找解脱之路却使自己陷入新的困惑是其探索的另一阶段,无疑海明威并未找到解决之道,但其可贵之处在于不断的追求。
The Snows of Kilimanjaro is a distinctive novel by Hemingway. Through Harry＇s changes of space-time in reality and in the past,the author ＇ s journey of life exploration is revealed. On one exploring phase,Harry was confused by his painful memories. Wishing Harry to find the road of liberation from religion while plunging himself into a new puzzle is another phase of his exploration. Undoubtedly Hemingway did not find any solution,but the value lies in his constant pursuit.
