信息化助力报废汽车绿色拆解管理

摘要 本文通过分析国内外报废汽车拆解行业的现状,对比分析欧盟在报废汽车拆解方面先进而前瞻的信息化发展理念,并探索我国报废汽车拆解发展的方向。与此同时,着重介绍依托信息化手段而建立的中国汽车绿色拆解系统(China Automotive Green Dismantling System,以下简称"CAGDS"),在此基础上,研究拆解手册的编制流程。笔者经过多年的研究发现,借助信息化手段来构建绿色拆解的信息化发布平台,可以实现整车企业与拆解企业间的无缝对接;节约整车企业的人力、物力成本;协助整车企业更好地落实生产者的责任,进而有效地促进拆解技术水平的提升,并提高拆解零部件和材料的资源综合利用水平。 In this essay, through analyzing the scrap dismantling industry situation, comparing to analysis of the European advanced and forward-looking concept of informatization development in terms of elv dismantling, and explore the development direction of the elv dismantling in China. Meanwhile, we focus on introducing the information of China Automotive Green Dismantling System,(CAGDS),which is established based on the information means. On the basis of this,we research the process of dismantling manuals preparation. After many years of researching, the authors have found that by means of the information construction of green dismantling information platform, which can realize seamless docking between OEM and dismantling enterprises, and save the whole enterprise manpower and cost. CAGDS can implement the producer responsibility to assist the vehicle enterprises better, and promote the recycling technology level, and improve the level of comprehensive utilization of resources.
