摘要
通过对金叶刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia Aurea)进行蛭石、珍珠岩和河沙等3种基质,NNA、IBA、ABT等3种生根促进剂,50、100、200mg·L-1等3种浓度,2、6、12h等3种处理时间的扦插育苗试验,结果表明:金叶刺槐采用嫩枝扦插方法进行繁殖时,以蛭石或珍珠岩作扦插基质,插穗带4~5片叶片,插前用ABT生根粉进行催根处理,浓度为100mg·L-1,处理时间为6~8h可达到较理想的育苗效果。
Cuttage seedling-raising experiments of Robinia pseudoacacia were conducted with three matrices (vermic-ulite ,perlite and sand) and CK ,three kinds of rooting accelerator (NNA ,IBA ,ABT ) ,three kinds of concentration (50 ,100 ,200 mg·L-1 ) ,three kinds of treating time (2 ,6 ,12 h) .Result shows that :the softwood cuttings of Robinia pseudoacacia were cut by taking vermiculite or perlite as cutting medium ,cuttings with four to five leaves ;the cut-ting was treated with ABT rooting powder ,with the concentration being 100 mg·L-1 ;the treating time is from six to eight hours ,which can reach an ideal nursery effect .
