摘要
由于高频感应加热电源负载阻抗是一个多变量、复杂且非线性的控制对象,无法建立精确的数学模型。因此将基于模糊RBF神经网络的PID控制器应用到高频感应加热电源的控制中,它结合了传统PID、神经网络和模糊控制的优点,同时克服了传统PID控制器的不足,实现参数的自动实时调节。并通过仿真验证了该控制方法具有较好的鲁棒性和适应性。
The induction heating power's load impedance is a multivariable and complex and nonlinear control object,and establishing a precise mathematic model for it becomes difficult.The PID controller based on fuzzy RBF neural network was applied to control high-frequency induction heating power because it had traditional PID controller combined with both neural network and fuzzy control to overcome traditional PID controller's weaknesses and to adjust parameters automatically and constantly.The simulation results prove its better robustness and applicability.
