摘要
设计了一个四路铂电阻温度远传监测仪,它最多可对四路温度信号同时进行检测,将温度最高的一路信号在现场自动显示、上限报警输出,同时将显示的这路信号以两线制方式变送为4~20mA电流信号远传至计算机监控系统.还详细介绍了在0~150℃范围内的最佳线性化参数和最大非线性化误差的计算方法.给出了具有三线制导线电阻补偿功能的仪表完整的设计原理图、设计思路和参数计算方法.
The monitor with platinum resistor was designed to monitor four-way temperature signals simultaneously,and to display the signal of the highest temperature in situ and to output the upper limit,as well as to convert the highest signal into a 4 ~20mA(DC) signal and then has it transmitted to the computer monitoring system.Both optimum linear parameters at 0 to 150℃ and the method to calculate the maximum nonlinear error were introduced,including the schematic diagram,design idea and the parameter calculation method for the instrument with three-wire conductor resistance compensation.This design has high reference and application value because of the simple and compact structure,convenient debugging,high linearization accuracy,low design cost and less maintenance.
