摘要 通过对某石化公司循环冷却水水质数据的分析,利用Matlab建立BP神经网络水质预测模型,并用遗传算法对其进行优化,然后利用VS2010调用该模型的.NET组件,在循环工业冷却水预测软件中显示出预测曲线图,综合Matlab与C#的优点对二者进行混合编程。结果证明应用此方法可以使复杂的运算在Matlab中进行,并通过参数传递将预测结果显示在VS2010编写的软件界面中,满足运算和HMI的设计需要。 Through analyzing the circulating cooling water's quality data of a petrochemical company and making use of Matlab,the BP neural network-based model for water quality prediction was established and optimized with genetic algorithm; and employing VS2010 to call.NET component of the model and to display the predicted graph in circulating cooling water' s forecast software,as well as to take advantages of Matlab and C # to implement mixed programming.The results show that this method can realize a complex operation in Matlab and through parameter passing,and can display the prediction results in software interface written by VS2010 so as to satisfy both operation and HMI.
