摘要
针对80-B2型保温箱电器元件老化现象,重新设计其加热温控电路,实现了80-B2型保温箱的加热及保温等功能。并在此基础上,利用精密温度计对80-B2型保温箱的温控性能进行检验测试。结果表明:80-B2型保温箱可以自动控制保温箱温度,且与精密晶体温度计测量的最大误差仅为0.2℃。
Considering the ageing electrical components in 80-B2 heating box,a temperature-controlled circuit was designed to ensure 80-B2 heating box' s functions like heating and thermal insulation,and then,testing 80B2 heating box' s temperature-control performance with thermometer shows the 80-B2 heating box can have the heating temperature controlled automatically;and the maximum error between heating box' s temperature controlled and that measured with the precise crystal thermometer stays at only 0.2℃.
