摘要
在分析牵引控制单元TCU中110V二进制输入变换器控制原理的基础上,应用MSP430单片机作为控制芯片,构建了针对变换器的离线数字测试系统。测试系统包括硬件和软件设计,实现电脑PC机RS232串口与下位机的数据收发,通过发送16进制代码观测信号灯的状态判别变换器是否存在故障。变换器上车实验通过列车自检程序证明,利用该测试系统能够达到测试目的。
By analyzing control principle of the 110V binary input converter of TCU (Traction Control Unit), the offline testing system for converter was proposed based on MSP430 micro-controller as control chip. The system is composed of hardware and software design, computer PC machine RS232 serial port can mutual-ly Send and receive data with lower machine. Observe status lights to determine whether there is a fault through sending hexadecimal code. Converter experiments in the main track passed self-test procedure shows that the test system can achieve test purposes.
