摘要
针对伺服系统中力矩电机控制的问题,设计了基于脉宽调制方法的力矩电机控制电路,分析了脉宽调制电路的基本原理,并详细给出了脉宽调制电路的各个组成部分,重点介绍了双门限迟滞比较电路的原理和设计要点,按脉宽调制方法设计的力矩电机控制器经试验具有响应速度快,接口性能好的特点,完全能够满足设计要求。
A torque motor control system on basis of Pulse-Width-Modulation is designed according to the requirement of motor control in a servo system. A analysis of PWM circus system is processed, and main com-ponents of the PWM circus system are proposed in detail. The theory and main point of a double threshold de-lay comparison circus has been introduced as a key part of the system. After an experiment of the circus, it has been proved that the PWM design of the torque motor control has the advantages of instant reaction and flexi-ble interface. It has been widely used in servo system, and can fulfill the function which it had been expected.
