According to utilization situation of military reserves information resource, we come up with in-formation resource planning of military reserves based on engineering method, establish business model, func-tional model, data model and architecture model for military reserves system, specify information basic stan-dards, laying a solid foundation for realizing deep share of military reserves information resource and improv-ing logistics capability.
