摘要
当前,虚拟现实技术已成为精品教学资源开发和建设的重要手段。然而,由于3D仿真起步较晚,开发难度较大,能够深度反映生产过程的系统不多。本文以提取浓缩虚拟车间为例,介绍了利用Quest3D实现生产操作深度仿真的设计方法,总结了对制药设备生产过程实施仿真的关键技术,尤其是利用FSM有限状态机技术,对生产设备的操作过程逻辑实施了有效控制,解决了即使是平面编程也较为困难的流程控制问题。与此同时,软件参照游戏闯关的方式,设计了基于360度查看视角的岗位操作考核模块,较好地解决了实践考核这个难题。而B/S的技术架构,为该3D仿真软件成为优质开放学习资源提供了基本条件。
3D simulation system which is based on virtual-reality technology, is an important medium for practical teaching in universities and colleges. However, systems which can deeply reflect producing process are limited, because 3D simulation system is published not long ago, and difficult for users to develop. This pa-per introduces some design methods and key techniques for using Quest3D to achieve pharmaceutical produc-tion process. Particularly, use FSM function module to effectively control the operation process logic of the production equipment, in order to solve the process control problem that even graphic programming is difficult.
