摘要 分析了高效冷却器的制造任务关键,由于T2铜换热管与Q345R管板材料的性能差异较大,焊接时易产生焊接裂纹,影响接头质量,胀接则不存在此问题。为保证产品顺利按期交付并使质量达到各项指标要求,针对T2铜管与Q345R管板胀接施工工艺进行了设计,包括胀接设备、胀接顺序、胀接参数、胀接准备以及施工质量要求等内容。该高效冷却器的制造为管壳式换热器Q345R管板与铜换热管的连接施工积累了经验,为同类换热器的制造提供了参考。 The key manufacturing mission of the efficiency cooler was analyzed in this paper, Due to dif-ferences in the performance of the material between T2 copper pipes and Q345R tube sheet, The welding cracks were easily produced when welding,and they would affect the quality of joints, but there is no this prob-lem of expanding joints. To ensure punctual delivery and quality of product achieve all demands, The process design was conducted for the expanding joints construction of T2 copper pipes and Q345R tube sheet, includ-ing expanding equipment, expanding order, expanding parameters, Expanding preparation and construction quality requirements, etc. For the connecting and constructing of the shell and tube heat exchanger Q345R tube sheet and copper heat pipes to accumulate experience,at the same time, for the manufacture of similar heat ex-changers to provide a reference.
