介绍了在重钢新区烧结料仓料位监测过程中,应用当前钢铁行业普遍推行的几类料位计的先后使用情况及对比分析。在不断的使用、操作和现场维护中,逐渐摸索出针对生产过程中料仓装载不同料样采用最合适的料位计选型方案,为烧结生产质量提供有力保障。

Is presented in this paper, Chongqing iron and steel’s sintering bin level monitoring process, several kinds of materials used in iron and steel industry generally pursued the order use case and comparative analysis meter. In constant use, operation and maintenance, and gradually worked out according to the silo loading different material sample in the production process using the most appropriate material level meter se-lection scheme, provide a powerful guarantee for sintering production quality.
