中俄中学外语教育现状比较与启示

Comparison and Enlightenment of the Foreign Language Education in Middle School Between China and Russia

随着经济全球化时代的到来,世界各国都高度重视在中学开展外语教育。本文以中俄两所中学为例,从宏观的外语教育政策、教育规划和微观的外语教学课堂实践两个层面对中俄中学外语教育的现状进行了比较和分析,并针对我国中学外语教育方面存在的一些问题,提出了如何结合我国国情,积极借鉴俄罗斯的一些好的做法,在外语教育政策、规划和外语教学理念及方法上做出适当的调整,以促进我国中学外语教学质量的进一步提高。

With he advent of the era of economic globalization, all countries in the world attach great importance to for- eign language education in middle school. Based on the two middle schools in China and Russia as an example,firstly, the paper compares and analyzes two aspects of foreign language education between the macro policy of foreign language educa- tion and education planning and micro teaching classroom practice in middle school in China and Russia, and then the paper puts forward some suggestions such as： to learn actively from some good practices in Russia, and make appropriate adjust- ments in foreign language education policy, planning and foreign language teaching ideas and methods to deal with some problems existing in our middle school language education so as to improve the teaching quality in China.
