摘要
本文利用中国2002-2010年地区面板数据,采用空间面板估计方法实证检验了我国技能偏态性技术进步的存在性。研究表明:我国现阶段技术呈现技能偏态特征,技术水平呈现东—中—西梯度发展格局;地区间的经济发展、要素投入以及人力资本水平呈现发散效应;与以往研究相比,本文提出的规模报酬可变的总量生产函数可以更合理地逼近中国经济的增长过程,空间相关性的诊断使我们能更好地评价中国不同地区、不同发展阶段是否存在技术异质性特征。最后结合现阶段大学生就业难的事实,本文建议,应充分考虑劳动力市场的多元分割特征,实现技能偏态技术与大学生供给的有效对接。
The paper makes an empirical study on the presence of the skill biased technological change based on regional panel data in China from 2002 - 2010 and spatial panel model. It points out that there is skill biased technological change in China. The present technology presents east-centre-west development pattern, and regional economic development and the factor inputs including high skilled labor diverges. Compared with the previous studies, in this paper the aggregate production function with variable returns to scale is more reasonable to simulate China~ economic growth. The spatial correlation diagnosis make the evaluation on the technology heterogeneity characteristics in different regions and different periods in China more possible; At last, considering the employment difficulty of college students currently, we suggest that government should give full consideration for multi-segmentation of labor market, so that the skill biased technology and college students' supply can be connected efficiently.
