摘要
金寨县JL合作社组织创新的个案表明,农民专业合作社的组织创新是现实需求和政府推动双重动力作用的结果。从利用比较优势到增强竞争优势,是农民专业合作社突破"多而不强"困局的制胜法宝。走向合作或联合是农民专业合作社发展的必然趋势。培育引领型的农民专业合作社带头人是发展农民专业合作社的当务之急。完善《农民专业合作社法》,强化对联合社的政策支持,是促进农民专业合作社转型发展和可持续发展的客观要求。
Taking a case of Jinlin cooperative in Jinzhai county, this paper analyzes path and motivation of organizational innovation of cooperatives. The results show that the innovation of farmers' professional cooperative is the result of dual-dynamics of realistic demand and government to promote, from use comparative advantage to enhance competitive advantage is a magic key of win to breakthrough "many but not strong" dilemma of the farmers' professional cooperatives, to cooperate or joint is the inevitable trend of development of the farmers' professional cooperatives, cultivating leader of the farmers' professional cooperatives is the urgent affairs to develop the farmers' professional cooperatives, and perfecting the law of farmers' professional cooperative and strengthen policy support the union of cooperatives are objective requirement of promoting transitional development and sustainable development of the farmers' professional cooperatives.
