高等教育财政自大学问世以来一直处于变迁之中,变迁围绕着高等教育场域中政府、大学与学生等重要利益主体进行,变迁不仅仅是大学融资方式、政府财政支持力度与学生成本分担的变化,还包括高等教育场域内政府、大学与学生等重要利益主体之间财政关系的调整与重塑。在高等教育财政的变化、调整与重塑中,政府、大学与学生的身份也在发生某些演变,以契合高等教育财政变迁所型塑的财政状况。
