摘要
本项目研究采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,对于大学英语教师的自我效能感和职业倦怠的关系进行了全面系统的研究。主要研究内容有:第一,对于国内外有关自我效能感与职业倦怠的关系的基础理论的梳理阐述;第二,通过问卷调查和访谈调查的方式,全面了解我国大学英语教师自我效能感和职业倦怠的现状,通过数据分析,建立二者之间的关系模型;第三,在理论研究和调查结果的基础上,探讨大学英语教师的自我效能感与职业倦怠之间的关系,形成提高大学英语教师的自我效能感,改善其职业倦怠的现状的有效策略。
This project combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to conduct a comprehensive research about the relationship of college English teachers' self-efficacy and job burnout. The main research contents are as follows. Firstly, it reviews domestic and foreign theories about the relationship between self-efficacy and job burnout. Secondly, by way of interviews and questionnaires, it gets a thorough understanding of the status quo of Chinese college English teachers' self-efficacy and job burnout, and through the data analysis, establishes a relation model between them. Thirdly, on the basis of theoretical research and the results of the survey, it interprets the relationship between college English teachers' self-efficacy and job burnout. The project aims at proposing effective strategies to improve college EngLish teachers' self-efficacy and reduce their job burnout.
