引入碳排放指标投入产出模型在林业主导产业选择中的应用——以江苏省为例

Input-output Model Introduction of Carbon Emissions Index and Its Application in Choosing the Forestry Leading Industry——A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

江苏低碳经济的发展要求国民经济各产业在促进经济发展的同时还要对环境资源进行合理配置及有效保护。文章从低碳经济的二元目标出发,以环境经济投入产出分析为基础,构建了包含碳排放指标的投入产出模型,设计了反映经济与环境内涵的碳生产率基准。同时以江苏林业产业为研究对象,对该地区的林业主导产业进行选择。研究认为江苏林业应积极推进木材加工等产业的发展,通过主导产业的扩散效应来实现江苏林业产业经济的增长与节能减排的目标。

With the development of low carbon economy in Jiangsu province, each industry of the national econo- my should not only develop economics, but also bring the environment resources rational allocation and effective protection. From the dual goal of low-carbon economy, this paper constructs input-output model containing carbon emissions on the basis of environmental economic input-output analysis, design the carbon productivity benchmark reflecting the connotation of the economic and environmental, choose forestry leading industry from forestry industry in Jiangsu province. It holds that wood processing industry should be developed actively, in order to realize the growth of forestry industry economic and the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction in Jiangsu province with diffusion effect of the leading industry.
