Study on the Problems of Social Assistance for Drug Abusers

Drug addicts are not only harmoffenders to society,but also the special social vulnerable groups. Fromthe perspective of social responsibility and the social welfare,this paper,through an objective assessment of the drug abuser 's situation and analysis of the existing problems of social assistances for drug users,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on effective drug control and giving up drugs combined with compulsory addiction treatment with social assistance.
