银屑病中miRNA的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 银屑病是一种慢性的炎症性皮肤病,其与遗传、免疫和感染等多种因素相关。在组织病理上以表皮角质形成细胞增殖加速、细胞分裂周期和表皮更替时间缩短为重要特点。miRNA属于一类长约19~24个核苷酸的非编码RNA,并广泛存在于从细菌、真菌到人类的各生命体中。其通过招募RNA干扰途径中的蛋白组分或与染色体重排相关的蛋白因子到启动子区域抑制翻译,导致表达沉默,从而发挥控制基因表达的作用。近年来MicmRNA(miRNA)对于银屑病诊断治疗的研究越来越受到人们的关注。
