镜像疗法治疗脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛一例 被引量:1

摘要 中枢性疼痛(central pain,CP)是一种严重影响患者生活质量的顽固性疼痛,其发病机制复杂,目前尚未完全阐明.针对CP的治疗手段很多,包括药物治疗、外科治疗、心理治疗、物理治疗及综合治疗等,但疗效均不确切,多为尝试性和经验性的方案.镜像疗法(mirror therapy)最先由美国的圣地亚哥大学的Ramachandran等用于治疗截肢后的幻肢痛,此后被广泛应用于慢性区域性疼痛综合征、慢性疼痛等的补充治疗.2013年,我院采用镜像疗法治疗脊髓损伤后的中枢性疼痛1例,效果显著,现报道如下.
