摘要
本文介绍了25吨顶底复吹转炉风嘴布置的水力学模型实验结果,探讨了最佳化风嘴布置强化熔池搅拌的机理,从而提出了最佳化风嘴布置的条件:(1)1≤2h×tan10°,(2)底吹射流应处于顶吹的火点区内。
By using hydrodynamic model,the experimental result of tuyere′s configu- ration in 25 tonne top—bottom combined blown converter is presented.The mechanism of enhanced bath stirring for optimum tuyere′s configurartion is discussed.Thus the conditions of optimum tuyere′s configuration may be expressed as (1)l≤2h tan10°,(2)the jet flow of bottom blowing should be placed in “fire zone” of top blowing.
