5株球形芽孢杆菌发酵条件及培养基优化比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对球形芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sphaericus简称B·S)在发酵工程中的影响因素进行了探讨。认为温度控制、培养基蛋白质含量、通气水平、培养基的选择是B·S发酵工程中4个极为敏感的因子。不同的B·S菌株对这些发酵条件的需求存在一定差异。对目前认为较高效的5个菌株的比较研究,说明2362菌株应是我国B·S生产开发的首已菌株。以植物性氮源为主的自然培养基有重要开发利用价值,在这种天然培养基中所含微量元素及维生素可满足B·S发酵生理需要,而不需要再另加某些较昂贵的试剂。GGT培养基新配方可使2362菌株毒效成份产量成倍提高。 This study shows that temperature control, protein amount in medium, ventilation and the choice of media are the four extremely sensitive factors in B.S. fermentation. Suitable fermentating condition can raise the effect of the products greatly, and the needs of different B.S strains for fermentation conditions vary to some extent. So it is very important to regulate the fermentating conditions according to the special needs of bacterium strains. Control studies on the five highly productive strains show that the strain 2362 has the characteristics of highly fermentating poisonous efficacy, short fermentation period and satisfactory adaptibility. Study on the media shows that the natural medium taking plant nitrigon as its chief source is of great value for developmenf and utilization. Contains trace elements and vitamins which can meet the physiological need of B.S fermentation. It is specially significant that the modified GGT medium can easily double the poisonous efficacy of the strain 2362. This is of great economic value in B.S production.
