巨痣合并体表恶性蝾螈瘤一例

摘要 一、病例介绍 患儿男,1岁,因出生后全身大面积黑色素痣于2007年8月10日入院.患儿为第1胎第1产,足月顺产.家族史无异常,无类似疾病,其父母非近亲结婚,体健.患儿母亲怀孕8周时有上呼吸道感染史,未服用药物,余孕期无异常.检查：可见下腹部、背部、臀部及双侧大腿成片状黑色斑块,约占体表20％左右,其余全身可见多处散在点、片状黑色斑块,病变部位局部组织增厚,未及局限性肿块（图1）.患儿发育正常,营养良好,腹平软,腹部未及肿块,肝脾未及肿大,无压痛,四肢无肿块,活动自如.
