自体脂肪移植用于隆乳的有效性及安全性的进展 被引量：5

摘要 近年来,自体脂肪移植技术被广泛应用于全身各处的软组织缺损修复及增加形体美学效果,尤其是乳房方面的应用.追溯历史,Neuber于1893年开创了自体脂肪移植治疗软组织缺损的先河,2年后Czerny开展了第1例脂肪移植乳房软组织缺损修复的治疗.1980年脂肪抽吸技术出现,使得颗粒脂肪获得成为现实,并成为乳房受区软组织充填的新供体.1985年Bircoll首先报道了利用抽吸技术获取皮下脂肪移植至乳房受区的病例.但在1987年,美国整形与重建外科协会（ASPSR）认为应用脂肪移植进行隆乳阻碍了乳腺癌的早期发现,有害公众健康,乳房受区的应用暂时停滞.
