基于循证医学的骨关节炎康复治疗方法 被引量:9

摘要 目前在国际范围内针对骨关节炎(OA)的治疗指南众多,每年都有所修改,甚至是重大原则性的更新。同时,新的证据和相关系统综述的产生以及方法学的更新为临床指南的发展奠定了基础。本文通过综述OA康复治疗原则与策略,根据OA患者出现的不同功能和残疾问题,选择与之相应的治疗方法,以期为临床治疗提供参考依据;此外,通过介绍OA康复治疗方法及基于循证医学的证据所给出的推荐意见,旨在使医疗工作者了解当今基于循证医学证据的OA康复治疗方法、应用与发展现状。
