富血小板血浆-褪黑素复合物促进兔桡骨缺损修复的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨富血小板血浆-褪黑素-骨水泥复合物对兔桡骨缺损修复的作用。方法:40只新西兰兔分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组10只。切除兔桡骨中下段1.5cm的骨质,造成极限性骨缺损模型,分别植入富血小板血浆-磷酸钙骨水泥(PRP-CPC)、褪黑素-磷酸钙骨水泥(MT-CPC)、富血小板血浆-褪黑素-磷酸钙骨水泥(PRPMT-CPC)、磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)于骨缺损处。另取2只桡骨同样部位和大小骨缺损旷置作为空白组。术后观察其一般情况并于8、12周每组分别处死5只实验动物,取材作X线片检查及组织学切片,观察成骨效果。扫描电镜下观察PRP-MT-CPC组、PRP-CPC组、MT-CPC组、CPC四组材料的表面结构。结果:术后8周和12周各组骨缺损区均有新骨形成,成骨量随时间的推移而增加。经影像学检查和组织学评估,各组的成骨能力依次为:PRP-MT-CPC组>PRP-CPC组/MT-CPC组>CPC组>空白对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05),PRP-CPC组与MT-CPC组差别无显著性意义,其中PRP-MT-CPC组成骨能力最强。结论:PRP-MT-CPC复合物能够有效促进成年兔桡骨缺损的修复。 Objective: To investigate the effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)-melatonin(MT)-calcium phos- phate cement(CPC) composites on the regeneration of rats periodontal tissue. Methods: A critical size defect of 15mm elongation was created in the mid-upper part of bilateral radius of 45 New Zealand White rabbits and either suppied with PRP- MT- CPC( 10 rabbits), and PRP-CPC( 10 rabbits), MT- CPC ( 10rabbits), CPC( 10 rabbits), and untreated(2rabbits). After 8 and 12 weeks of implantation,the gross,radiological and histological observations were performed to investigate the bone healing of the defect. Results: All of the defects treated with transplant ma- terials exhibited new bone formation 8 and 12 weeks postoperatively,increasing with time. The radiological evalua- tion showed that the ability of new bone formation was arranged in 5 groups as follows: PRP-MT-CPC group〉PRP-CPC group/MT-CPC〉CPC group〉control group,the difference was significant between them(P%0.05). Successful bone regeneration was observed at the bone defect applied(treated) with PRP-MT-CPC, which was marked contrast to other groups. Conclusion: The application of PRP-MT-CPC composite is the effective way to facilitate the regeneration of periodontal fenestration defects.
