8058例牙周病的临床流行病学调查分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的:通过调查该院牙周病患者的疾病构成及其变化趋势,从而满足牙周病患者需求,并为口腔健康和牙周病防治提供临床依据。方法:收集2009~2013年哈尔滨医科大学附属第二临床医学院牙周黏膜科的牙周病患者资料,并按1999年国际牙周病分类诊断,采用Excel、SPSS软件进行数据整理分析。结果:主要诊断为牙周病的患者共8058人次,按1999年国际牙周病分类诊断共7874人次,占97.72%。共24种疾病,其中所占比例较高者(构成比≥3.00%)依次为:慢性牙周炎(35.62%)、慢性龈炎(14.94%)、反应全身疾病的牙周炎(6.73%)、扁平苔藓(累及牙龈)(5.47%)、伴牙髓病变的牙周炎(4.71%)、牙周脓肿(4.43%)、侵袭性牙周炎(3.67%)、牙龈瘤(3.56%)、青春期龈炎(3.00%)。复诊1557人次,不同就诊原因致使其接受治疗和复诊情况具有显著差异。结论:本次调查在一定程度上反应出哈尔滨市综合医院牙周病患者的疾病构成及患者对该疾病的认知程度,且患者就诊原因与其治疗和复诊情况具有相关性。 Objective: To provide clinical data for oral health, further treatment and prevention of periodontal dis- eases, and meet the demand of patients, we investigated the periodontal diseases constitution, and their trends. Methods: The information of periodontal diseases patients from The Periodontal mucosal Branch in The Second Af- filiated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from 2009 to 2013 was recruited, and their diagnoses were classified by 1999 International Classification of periodontal diseases. The data was rearranged and analyzed by Excel and SPSS software. Results: According to the 1999 International Classification of periodontal diseases diagnosis,the total number was 7874 person-time, accounted for 97.72% of the total of 8058 people. There were 24 kinds of disea- ses, in which the higher proportion (composition ratio ~ 3.00%) were as following: chronic periodontitis(35. 62%), chronic gingivitis(14. 94%), periodontitis as a manifestation of systemic diseases(6.73~//00), lichen planus (involve gingiva) (5. 47 % ), periodontitis associated with endodontic lesions(4.71% ), periodontal abscess(4.43 % ), aggressive periodontitis(3.67%), epulis(3.56%), puberty gingivitis(3.00%). The number of people getting their subsequent visit was 1557 person--time. Different reasons for doctoring lead to significant differences in treatment and return visit. Conclusion: The research reflects the disease constitution and the cognition of periodontal diseases patients in a general hospital in Harbin, and there is a correlation between the reasons for doctoring and their treat- ment and return visit.
