围手术期功能锻炼路径表对全膝关节置换术后关节功能康复的影响

Application of perioperative function exercise path in rehabilitation of knee function after total knee replacemrnt

目的探讨围手术期功能锻炼路径表对全膝关节置换术(TKR)后患者膝关节功能的影响。方法选择骨关节炎接受单侧TKR患者88例,分为A组40例,B组48例。A组按照TKR围手术期功能锻炼路径表进行功能锻炼,B组采用常规的传统方法指导患者进行围手术期功能锻炼。观察两组患者术后14d及术后3个月美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)及膝关节活动度(ROM),比较两组并发症的发生率。结果 A组术后14d及术后3个月患者HSS评分及膝关节ROM大于B组(P<0.05),两组患者术后均无并发症发生。结论围手术期功能锻炼路径表的应用能明显增加患者TKR术后关节活动度,获得更满意的膝关节功能。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of perioperative functional exercise path （FEP） in the rehabilitation of knee function after total knee replacemrnt （TKR）. Methods Eighty- eight patients with osteoporosis undergoing unilateral TKR were assigned into two groups of A （accepted perioperative FEP, 40 cases） and B（accepted conventional exercise direction）. The knee joint HSS scoring, the range of motion（ROM） of the affected knee and the complications were compared on the 14th day and in 3 months after operation. Results The HSS score and ROM in group A were improved more than those in group B （P〈0. 05）. There were no complications in two groups. Conclusion The application of perioperative FEP is better than conventional exercise direction in improving the knee function after TKR.
