本论文主要阐述了＂厂中校＂人才培养模式对于高职院校人才培养的重要性。根据微电子专业人才培养的要求,结合我院《集成电路制造工艺实训》课程在＂厂中校＂的实施为例,说明＂厂中校＂培养模式的特点,探讨＂厂中校＂在教学和管理方面若干问题。
